Consulting on process
Roxor stands for custom-built equipment that fits in seamlessly with whatever processes need to go before and after. Our tailor-made solutions are distinguished by user-friendliness and reliability and meet the highest quality standards in functioning. The sooner our technical advisers can be involved in evaluating a new peening equipment installation or rebuilding an existing one, the better are the chances of success as regards functionality, workpiece handling, and economy.
Service and maintenance
Roxor peening machines are used in areas where safety is critical. Our highly-skilled service team will do periodic maintenance for you and required calibration work or will assist your maintenance staff in this. In case of emergencies, we can provide support in terms of remote maintenance work or quick-response intervention on-site.
A maintenance contract will help to ensure the value of your capital investment. Under its terms, you can call our hotline on a 24-hour basis.
New modules added / retrofit
Applications can be modified thanks to additional Roxor core functions from the module toolbox that can be built into existing equipment. Anything from a rebuild to using a new kind of shot media, optimization of measurement and control, or (for example) an electronics upgrade – our solutions will fit seamlessly into your existing peening equipment, and be hooked up to its controls.
Additional equipment can be built into existing peening machines from other manufacturers too. Just ask us – we’ll be happy to talk about it.
Spare parts
Good spare parts supply is the indispensable foundation for equipment that’s always ready for action – and therefore for economical production too. Our parts service will get original spare parts to you in the shortest time possible.
We are also pleased to provide spare parts and consumables for machines that have been operating for years, and can find solutions when particular parts are no longer available.
